The mission of the Office of Code Enforcement is to enhance and ensure the quality of life and general experience of the residents and visitors who live and work in West Haven.
We achieve our mission and vision by enforcing the City of West Haven’s Code and Anti-Blight, Zoning and Public Space Codes/Ordinances, as well as by encouraging the involvement of other city agencies, the public and enterprise. Through enforcement and our cooperative efforts, we strive to create a vibrant and exciting city to live, work and play.
