Each year the City of West Haven receives a federal grant, the Community Development Block Grant, for housing and community development projects that primarily benefit low-to-moderate-income residents. Every five years the city creates a consolidated plan that outlines the areas in which the annual grant will be spent over a five-year period.
We would like you to have a voice in how the block grant is spent by telling us where you see the greatest needs in our community. Please rate the need level for each of the following items and select the one that best applies. There are only seven questions, which can be completed in under five minutes. Thank you for your time.
