    1. The City of West Haven is currently updating its 5-Year Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Preparation of the plan is guided by the regulations and requirements contained in the Code of Federal Regulations 24 CFR Part 91. In order to prepare a plan that adequately describes the City's housing and community development needs and sets forth a strategy for the 5-year period from 2015-2019, the attached brief questionnaire concerning needs and priorities has been developed. Information received from this questionnaire as well as information received from workshops and other sources will be used to update and describe needs and develop a strategy to address them.
