| Questions can be submitted by email to Rick Spreyer, Director of Procurement, City of West Haven, at rspreyer@westhaven-ct.gov. Responses will be supplied to all interested firms by email. No direct or indirect contact with selection panel members is allowed and will be grounds for immediate rejection of the proposal. All questions must be submitted as described in this paragraph. The deadline for requesting information is 3 p.m. July 1, 2022.
