Yes. All credit and debit card payments can be paid by visiting our online payment website. Point and Pay charges a convenience fee. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

You should contact the assessor’s office to have your information updated and adjusted.

Call the assessor’s office at 203-937-3515; the tax office cannot change addresses for real estate bills.

5. How do I get a receipt for real estate taxes paid? I need a copy for filing federal income taxes.

6. When do I start getting charged interest?

Each collection cycle has a 30-day grace period from the due date.

7. I did not receive a tax bill for an installment. What happened?

Each year, all property tax bills are mailed by the end of June. The same bill is used for both installments.
